Tenants told ‘Like’ your landlord or lose apartment


The latest effort by landlords to turn their tenants into serfs comes from Utah, where tenants of an apartment complex have been served with a lease addendum requiring them to ‘Like’ the complex on Facebook or face eviction.

Oh, and the addendum also declares that the landlords have the right to use photos of tenants and their guests in their own Facebook page advertising the joint.
