It’s called PEPPER SPRAYING COP, and it’s simply a collection of Photoshopped images inserting UC Davis Police Lt. John Pike and his stream of pepper spray assaulting everyone from Stephen Hawking to Snoopy to, well, this: H/T to Luce Kanon.
