    I guess those at Penn State, Joe Paterno et al, the LAUSD et al, Santa Monica College District et al, County of Los Angeles Santa Monica Courthouse et al, and their respective police and sheriff departments would say the same thing – especially when these Institutions and their employees are failing to take down sexual abuse complaints from victims in writing, & are therefore engaging in cover-up of the sexual abuse complaints.

    This is the secondary victimization – i.e. making the victims wrong for reporting sexual abuses – plus police cover up of complaints by denying that they ever made the complaint so as to dirty up the victim of sexual abuse!!!!!

    In other words intimidation by bullies to keep the sexual abuse at America’s various institutions under wraps.
