In light of the disastrous drought now sweeping the global grain exporting giant that is the U.S. as well as other countries, a warning of things to come from “The Food Crises and Political Instability in North Africa and the Middle East,” a 2011 paper [PDF] by Marco Lagi, Karla Z.
